Located at the Yvel Design Center

The beautiful and newly renovated Yvel Design Center (YDC), home to the Yvel jewelry factory and offices, is a fascinating destination for visitors. The YDC is located along the road leading to Jerusalem in a modernized architectural complex fully incorporating a winery built over 160 years ago. A complete restoration, renovation and expansion have transformed the original structure into the elegant YDC. Yvel offers organized tours of the YDC and tourists from around the world are welcome to visit year round.

Later as you stroll through the jewelry showrooms, Yvel’s extensive collections of pearl and gemstone jewelry will catch your eye. From South Sea to Fresh Water pearls and from diamonds to sapphires, the impressive array of 18K gold jewelry is accessible for viewing, trying on and purchasing. Personal style guides are available to assist you in selecting the designs that best fit your style and budget.

VIP guests are treated to an exclusive experience with access to display rooms offering a private luxury shopping environment and housing the most select one-of-a-kind Yvel jewels.

Your tour guide will lead you to the vintage Yvel Wine Cellar before completion of the tour. Enjoy the cool air and special atmosphere while tasting complimentary samples of select Israeli wines produced in nearby boutique wineries.

Upon arrival, visitors are impressed by the many natural design elements found in the YDC gardens that serve as inspiration for Yvel jewelry designs. A soothing water wall and water walkway will transport you into the depths of the ocean where Yvel’s extraordinary pearls originate.

As you make your way indoors you will have the pleasure of relaxing in the Yvel Theater. There you will view a 3-D film exploring the remarkable process of pearl formation and the jewelry manufacturing processes at Yvel.

Megemeria School of Jewelry & Art was established in 2010 as a philanthropic effort to better the lives of Ethiopian immigrants to Israel. Here you will observe the students at work and have the opportunity to purchase the unique handcrafted jewelry to help support the continuation of the school.
